Welcome back!
It’s officially grilling season, which means its also chill-able red wine season. If you really want a life-changing Friday night meal, try this Peruvian chicken recipe, and pair it with a good Lambrusco — not the cheap and sweet “Lambrusco” from the 1980’s. The good stuff that’s ever-so-slightly off-dry and lightly sparkling. That style is called “frizzante,” which is also a very fun word to say. Frizzante!

This week we have a shorter edition because… well, there’s marinating chicken that needs to be grilled and a nice bottle of Lambrusco waiting in the fridge.
